We are a long-established law firm located in central Orange County, California. We have successfully helped many individual taxpayers and small businesses come into compliance and develop resolution plans with the IRS.

The resolution of non-payment of taxes or the non-filing of returns requires a different set of skills than that of the typical CPA or tax preparer and an in-depth knowledge of the ever-changing IRS guidelines, regulations and tax law is essential.

We are keenly aware of the nationwide “mills” that force taxpayers into their specific criteria. Our approach is dramatically different. We look at each facet of an individual or business taxpayer’s situation and compare that to the IRS criteria in order to come up with a viable plan. Such a plan does not include false or grandiose promises as are so freely advertised. We carefully consider and report on all of the options available to our clients. We can respond quickly if assets are being attached. And, our rates are competitive.
